Land and Environment Court Practice Note Class 2 Tree Applications

• The Chief Judge, Justice B J Preston, has issued a revised Practice Note Class 2 Tree Applications, effective 23 July 2010.  The purpose of the Practice Note is to set out the process leading up to a final hearing of a tree application to ensure the just, quick and cheap resolution of tree applications.
