Mills Oakley's success can be accredited to the energetic vision of the firm, the value and investment placed on employees and the firm's proven commitment to forging strong, durable relationships with clients.

The Role

Due to an increase in workflow from our clients we have a need for a bright Associate to join our Planning and Environment team in Sydney.  The team represents more development proponents in Land and Environment Court merit appeals than any other law firm.

You will work closely with a leading Partner on a wide range of planning and environment law matters, including merit appeals and potential class 4 proceedings.  You will have an opportunity to thrive in this very busy team. You will principally be working for development proponents.  The role involves a healthy mix of advice and litigation work.
