Outline:

The speakers will present perspectives from the bench, the defence, and the prosecution, in relation to Class 5 Practice and Procedure.

Tom Howard for the prosecution and Avni Djemal for the defence, will discuss strategies, tactics and the preparation of evidence.

Justice Pepper will discuss general Court directions, the hearing preparations required and how parties can be of most assistance to the Court.
