Members and Friends of EPLA are invited to the second Twilight Seminar of 2017

Class 3 Compensation Claims Practice Note Review Discussion
Chaired By Richard Lancaster SC, President of EPLA

The present Class 3 Compensation Claims Practice Note has now been operational since 15 July 2011.   The Court is undertaking a review of its terms, seeking feedback from those practising in this area on those aspects, if any, of the Practice Note, that might warrant revision. The review is being coordinated by Justice Moore as the Land Valuation Compensation List (LVC List) Judge.  A number of questions have been formulated (see attached) to which responses are sought for this review process by 22nd May 2017 with the aim of preparing a draft Revised Practice Note for submission to the Court Users Group for comment.

To assist in this process, EPLA’s Twilight Seminar will enable discussion by practitioners regularly appearing in Class 3 Compensation matters to raise additional suggestions and comments to be forwarded to the Court as part of EPLA’s submission.

Cost: EPLA Members:  $44; Non-members:  $55; Students, Government and Local Councils: Free
