The criminal jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court.

Prosecuting and defending environmental crime

Thomas Spohr, senior solicitor at the Office of the DPP, will present on "prosecutor's duties, from the perspective of both the prosecutor and the defendant" and Michelle England, Barrister-at-law from 2 St James' Hall, will address on "the jurisdiction generally, including procedure and strategy".
